University of the Punjab being the largest and oldest seat of learning in Pakistan, welcome its local as well as foreign guests. The University club is serving its guests for more than six decades. Reservation Policy

Booking Process: Reservations will be made online through the PU club’s website, via phone, or through printed-form duly filled and signed from the relevant authorities.
Deposit: 10% of the room rent will be required to deposit at the time of booking.
Check-In/Check-Out Times: Check-in times will be the afternoon (after 12pm), while check-out times are typically in the morning (after 12 am).

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation Window: Free cancellation window is 48 hours before check-in time. Cancelling within this window will incur no penalty.
Cancellation Fees: If you cancel your reservation outside the free cancellation window, you will be charged 50% of the advance booking fee as a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your reservation without cancelling, 10% of your advance payment will be charged.
